Prince of Persia has had a range of other games in the series since then, most notably a reboot of the idea in 2008 where he relied on a female companion to progress. Seems the general rule this gen is that 360 is equal or better to PS3 third party games. Their PS3 versions usually have minor issues like anti-aliasing, image quality, or screen tearing.
